Most recently, our work as advocates opposing workplace discrimination has led to other anti-discrimination battles. Our firm actively litigates to expand the rights of disabled individuals to access public spaces without encountering unlawful architectural barriers. Also, we have worked to ensure that employees are paid a fair, living wage through class action lawsuit litigation in federal court.
