PETER LANDAU was admitted to practice in New York and to practice before the U.S District Court, Western and Southern Districts of New York in 1959. Mr. Landau specializes in Corporate and Securities Law and Mergers and Acquisitions, focusing on public and private offerings, compliance and corporate oversight.
 
Mr. Landau is a member of the American Bar Association and was previously an Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
 
Mr. Landau received his law degree from Cornell University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University.
