RICHARD A. KATZ was admitted to practice in New York in 1967 and to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York in 1968. Mr. Katz specializes in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Trusts and Estates Law and Elder Law.
Mr. Katz is a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, Chairman of the Board of The New York Institute for Medical Research, Inc. and was previously a Co-Chairman of the Institutional Review Board of Gracie Square Hospital. Mr. Katz is also a member of the Rockland County Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers and the Estate Planning Council of Rockland County. His clients include elder care facilities, nursing homes, major and family business concerns, telecommunication companies and individuals. He regularly lectures to businesses and professionals on trusts and estate planning.
Mr. Katz received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College of the City of New York.
