RICHARD S. LAST was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1982. Mr. Last was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit in 1986 and before the U.S. Court of International Trade in 1988. Mr. Last concentrates in Litigation, Banking Law, General Commercial Law and Bankruptcy.
Mr. Last is a member of New York State and American Bar Associations, and the New York County Lawyers Association.
Mr. Last received his law degree from Fordham University Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College of the City University of New York and a Masters of Business Administration from Baruch College.
